Kaytie Faries

Originally raised in Southern Illinois, Kaytie made the move to Chicago in 2012 and has a background in arts and nonprofit administration. Before working at The Haylo Group, Kaytie was the Operations Manager for Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras, where she managed concerts and operations for their two top ensembles, Jazz ensemble and chamber program, in addition to producing their 2019 International Tour to Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Russia. In addition to working at The Haylo Group, Kaytie is the Executive Director for the Illinois Council of Orchestras. Kaytie is a classically trained percussionist who loves powerlifting, tattoos, prosecco and her 2 cats!
